A Dresden cabaret set, late 19th Century, decorated in the Meissen style with lovers in landscapes, wide swagged floral pale yellow and gilt borders, comprising a shaped oval tray, a baluster chocolate pot, milk jug and cover, sugar bowl and cover, two chocolate cups, covers and saucers
Lacking cover to chocolate pot, small chip to tip of spout.
Small chip to cover the hot milk jug.
Sugar bowl cracked, the cover finial chipped, further chipping to flower finials.
The tray with three areas of rim chipping, the largest of which is approx. 3cm long.
Some slight wear to gilt rims and minor scratching to enamels.
