Generally good overall condition. The picture surface is stable, with good canvas surface tension. The painting has been relined. There is some craquelure, especially to the upper right quadrant of the canvas. Some slight potential evidence of overpainting under UV, especially around the bodies of the dogs. Overall, the painting presents well and is ready to hang. The painting comes from a private collection.
