A partner's fine Victorian Gothic oak desk, the shaped breakfront top with bracket supports to each end and fitted three frieze drawers to each side, the pedestals fitted four drawers to each side and enclosed by twin Gothic arch doors, with three twin Gothic arch panels to the sides, on a plinth base, 250cm x 110cm (98.5" x 47")/This magnificent desk was used by Arthur Watts in his office at Watts of Lydney. Founded over 150 years ago the business started as a general store and bakery and was run by David Lazarus Watts and his wife Esther. Their son Josiah Watts, borrowed
