Miss Milligan/Interior of Caldwell Hall/ Burton on Trent/a pair/inscribed on reverse/watercolour, 23cm x 29cm (9" x 11.5")/unframed/Note: In 1875 Caldwell Hall passed to Col Charles Milligan. He lived there with his wife and children, Frank, Ada, Blanche, Eva and Hilda. These watercolours were probably painted by one of the daughters.
